Super Sandwich Winner
On Tuesday 4th August, we hosted an online baking workshop where participants could bake two recipes alongside professional chefs Ian Brooke and Federico Madonna from the Glasgow Association of Bakers.
Starting off with Vintage Cheddar Soda Bread and then moving on to Piadina Romagnola participants had a great time trying out two quick and delicious bakes.
The session also introduced a Super Sandwich competition and our lucky winner is Pheobe who sent in her Egg Salad Sandwich.
Phoebe receives a fabulous sourdough starter kit generously donated by the Glasgow Association of Bakers.
