Sustainable Scotland National Teaching Offer
e-Sgoil, Keep Scotland Beautiful and WestOS are collaborating in the month of March to bring an exciting programme of cross-curricular learning through the lens of sustainability.
We'll be offering sessions for S1 to S3 each day at 1:30pm, hosted on the Lockdown Live section of the e-Sgoil website. These will include sessions on how to become a Young Reporter, a focus on Climate Change and making your own Pocket Garden.
Each day, e-Sgoil will provide short lessons from different areas of the curriculum called Sustainability Sprints and in the afternoon a Health and Wellbeing session titled Sustainable You, which will include fitness, yoga and other activities. These will all be hosted on the e-Sgoil website, under the heading Lockdown Live.
WestOS will provide fantastic lessons pre-recorded by teachers from across the country on sustainability and young people can access them anytime, anywhere through the WestOS tile on Glow. Pupils can access this tile from their Glow launchpad, or through the links on the e-Sgoil website.
We are thrilled to be helping to provide remote learning to pupils across Scotland and would like to thank e-Sgoil and WestOS for their support and collaboration.
To join our sessions, please visit the Sustainable Scotland part of e-Sgoil's Lockdown Live website.
