Living Wage accreditation success
This means that all our employees earn not just the minimum wage but the real Living Wage – an hourly rate set independently and updated annually, based on the cost of living in the UK.
Catherine Gee, Finance & Corporate Services Director commented: “Making Keep Scotland Beautiful a great place to work, while developing our employees to their full potential, ensures we can support others to make Scotland clean, green and sustainable. We are proud to have achieved this accreditation as it helps us to enable the charity to develop it capabilities and to support our people.
“We’re passionate about attracting and developing the next generation of people to work in the environmental sector in Scotland.”
We have become accredited as we believe that every member of staff deserves a fair day’s pay for a fair day’s work.
