Introducing Climate Just for Scotland - free workshop

Glasgow workshop to include introduction to climate justice and chance to try a preview version of updated Climate Just mapping tool.

The Climate Just website and mapping tool provides evidence to support local action and has had more than 25,000 users since its launch in 2015.

New research completed in 2017 into flood risk, vulnerability and disadvantage is now being incorporated into the site and its mapping coverage is being extended to include Scotland. The updated website with Scottish information will go live in February 2018.
The training will include an introduction and context on climate justice followed by an opportunity to try a preview version of the updated Climate Just interactive mapping tool.
The training is being delivered by the University of Manchester, Adaptation Scotland and Climate Ready Clyde and is supported by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation.

The workshop takes place in Glasgow on 31 January, 10:30 – 15:00.
