Shiell St Green Growers

The Green Growers is an enthusiastic group of young people based at Grove Academy in Dundee. The members are dedicated to improve biodiversity in their local community. Having adopted unwanted land, they have sown wildflowers, installed a pond and involved several local groups locally in making the site a pleasure to see for all who walk past.

The group is currently looking to sow wildflower patches in the colours of the suffragette movement to support #vote100 and has sown poppies for the Ribbon of Poppies campaign to mark the anniversary of WW1.
