Kirkcaldy Old Kirk Trust
Kirkcaldy Old Kirk Trust was formed by a group of local people to maintain the historic Old Parish Kirk as a community venue and heritage centre when the Church of Scotland sold it in 2011. Surrounded by a historic graveyard, it is visited by people from many overseas countries, as well as local people, and the Trust maintains the flower borders in the graveyard to welcome visitors and passers-by. The building is used for worship, concerts, business meetings, weddings, funerals, organ recitals, drama and talks amongst other uses.
In 2018, Kirkcaldy Old Kirk Trust was awarded a Certificate of Distinction to further recognise the groups' achievements.
