Climate Friendly Aberlady
Climate Friendly Aberlady is a community environmental project to reduce the village’s carbon footprint, while making the village an even more pleasant place in which to live, work, play and grow. The village sits on the John Muir Way, named after the world’s most famous environmentalist, and is nestled on the edge of Britain’s very first Local Nature Reserve. The group’s Community Survey covering transport, traffic, safety and community gardening ended on 9 February 2018. The group gratefully acknowledges support from the Climate Challenge Fund.
