South Seeds Croft
South Seeds Croft is an urban haven built on a disused tennis court in Queen’s Park recreation grounds on the Southside of Glasgow. It’s a community growing space where local residents are allocated a plot for one growing season. With support, guidance and access to tools and equipment, residents learn to grow their own food. This gives them a strong start for future growing endeavours and the chance to connect with others in this diverse community. Building on the success of previous years, this year the group is creating a wild flower border to further encourage birds and bees.
