Queen Street Community Garden

Queen Street
2016 Certificates Level 5 - Outstanding
Certificate of Distinction

Queen St Community Garden is found in a busy car park in Broughty Ferry. Once an abandoned strip of land, it is now a well-established wildflower garden hosting a wide variety of plants. The grooup aims to encourage biodiversity whilst creating a small oasis of beauty in an urban area. The garden is maintained by Grove Academy pupils, the Nature Nutters and some adult volunteers. The group is a member of Broughty in Bloom and benefits from its collective knowledge and support.
