Kirkcaldy Old Kirk Trust
Kirkcaldy Old Kirk Trust maintains the oldest building in Kirkcaldy: the historic Old Kirk at the heart of the town. Maintaining the site as a heritage centre, and a community venue, the group also maintains the flower borders at the approach to the historic graveyard. Aiming to make the town centre environment more welcoming to visitors, and pleasant and colourful for the many people who use the paths through the graveyard, residents also use the herbs from the borders in their cookery. Kestrel, hedgehog and tortoiseshell butterflies are also frequent visitors to the beds.
