Kinnesswood in Bloom
The main aim of the group for the village, which has been the same for the last 12 years, is to keep a clean and tidy place to live. The group is made up of people of various ages and abilities, and it looks after a large number of areas with sustainable planting and grass. It also has a large number of containers and planters to look after, which are placed all over the village, and a number of hanging baskets. The group receives a great deal of support, both financial and labour, from local residents and businesses. This year it is in the process of transforming a derelict area into a seating area overlooking Loch Leven which will be called Benarty View.
