Pass It On Week - Zero Waste Scotland

Join Scotland’s annual celebration of reuse - Pass it on Week from 10 to18 March 2018. Get swapping, donating, sharing and repairing to help make things last!

Pass it on Week is Scotland's annual celebration of re-use - join in and get swapping, donating, sharing and repairing to help make things last!

Zero Waste Scotland is calling on community groups, charities, local authorities, businesses, schools, colleges, universities and individuals to get involved and run some kind of re-use activity to get people passing on stuff they no longer use, so it can have a new life with someone else.

Whether it's holding a clothes swap, running an upcycling workshop, holding a donation drive or putting on a repair cafe - anything that helps people to keep stuff in use for longer!

This year Pass It On Week features a Musical Instrument Amnesty. Organisations signed up to the Musical Instrument Amnesty will help ensure high-quality instruments of all shapes and sizes – from tin whistles to drums – are re-homed and given a new lease of life. There’s already more than 30 partners on board, and anyone wishing to get involved can sign up at www.zerowastescotland.org.uk/passonthemusic
