17 June 2020 10:00 to 11:30 - register here (registration closes at 10am on until 16 June).

About the webinar

In this webinar you’ll learn how to formulate a clear message and ‘ask’ for your project and find out more about a variety of approaches - including print, online, press and events - that will help you to engage successfully with your community. Examples from Climate Challenge Fund (CCF) projects will be outlined throughout the session.

You'll also learn about how to adapt your communications to the ongoing challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, again with examples featuring CCF projects.

To ensure that you can easily get  branding right for your CCF project, and maximise opportunities to promote your project through CCF channels, the webinar will include an outline of guidance and templates, plus advice on how to get your story shared.

Throughout the webinar, a variety of supporting activities will be introduced, for you to discuss and try out later with your project team.

The session will conclude with a Q&A session.

By the end of the webinar you will:

  • Understand how to adapt communications during Covid-19
  • Be aware of CCF templates, resources and branding guidelines to help your project produce strong promotional materials
  • Understand how to formulate a clear message and ask for your project
