Climate Challenge Fund webinar series
Over the next three months we are delighted to offer a series of eight one-hour webinars that will help your community build capacity to tackle climate change.
Practical advice will be available on a wide variety of relevant topics including running online events, data collection, behaviour change, audience engagement, climate anxiety, repair and reuse, shared travel and adaptation,
Each webinar will feature plenty of time for questions and discussion in addition to presentations.
The webinars are part of the Climate Challenge Fund (CCF) Capacity Building Programme, funded by the Scottish Government and delivered by Keep Scotland Beautiful (KSB). The webinars will be facilitated via Zoom by Climate Change Team staff at KSB and partner organisations.
Who are these webinars for?
The events are open to any organisation interested in community-led climate action, due to demand spaces are limited to two per organisation for each webinar. Please register for any of the webinars that interest you, you can do this by selecting them under ticket options. Please note the date and time of the webinars you register for.
The zoom link for the webinar(s) you have signed up to will be sent out the day before the event. Please check your junk mail in case you do not receive this.

Keep Scotland Beautiful will use information you provide to us to process your registration for the Climate Challenge Fund (CCF) webinar/webinars you have signed up for, and to send you communications about the webinar/webinars.
We may share this information with the Scottish Government and other organisations and individuals with a legitimate interest in CCF supported activities, the evaluation of the CCF, research or for the prevention or detection of fraud.
We will keep the information you have given us for a period of one year after which only anonymised data will be used for research and reporting.
In addition to live broadcast, the webinars will be recorded and made available to view on our website and social media channels. Your face and speech may appear in the live broadcast and recording if you switch on your webcam/microphone, and the username you choose when joining the webinar may also appear live and be recorded. Your contributions to webinar discussion sessions via text chat may also feature in the live broadcast and be recorded.
We may use webinar recordings for future promotion of the Climate Challenge Fund and community action on climate change. This includes, without limitation the right to use the recordings in publicity materials, newsletters, newspapers, magazine articles, exhibitions, films, television and online (web and social media). The recordings may be made available for others to share, including relevant partners and the press.
Content such as webinar recordings is used for approximately five years and then stored securely in our media archive for possible future use.
