Develop skills to deliver Climate Emergency Training in your youth work setting - 17 February
This free training course will help prepare youth workers to deliver Climate Emergency Training with colleagues and young people.
The course is funded by the Scottish Government through the Community Climate Leadership Programme and is delivered by Keep Scotland Beautiful in partnership with YouthLink Scotland.
This course comprises two online Zoom webinars, each two hours in duration, with some webinar preparation work required.
- Module 1 - ground rules, blended learning, training plans, communicating climate change
- Module 2 - potential issues and problems, delivering climate change activities (online), purposes of feedback
Booking is currently only open for those who have completed the Climate Emergency Training for Youth Workers course. However, we hope to be able to open up limited spaces for anyone from a Scottish-based youth worker organisation interested in taking action on climate change. If available these spaces will be advertised at the beginning February.
