Carbon Literacy for Community Leaders 'train the trainer' course

The Carbon Literacy for Community Leaders train the trainer is a 3 week online learning course, equivalent to 12 hours of learning, and is part of the Community Climate Leadership Programme (CCLP), funded by the Scottish Government.

This course is delivered by Keep Scotland Beautiful and will help equip you with the skills and knowledge crucial to delivering Carbon Literacy online and face to face. By the end of the course, you will:

• Be fully aware of the Carbon Literacy accreditation process
• Acquired the skills to deliver Carbon Literacy training online and face to face
• Delivered a section of our accredited Climate Emergency Training for Community Leaders with fellow participants.

The course is for anyone from a Scottish based community-led organisation who is interested in taking action on climate change. Ideally you will have previously attended our Carbon Literacy accredited Climate Emergency Training for Community Leaders online learning course. This, however, is not a prerequisite to attending this course.

At the moment we are restricting numbers to one person per organisation.

We currently have availability for course start dates in January and February:

January

Module 1:  27 January 9:30-12:30
Module 2:  3 February 9:30-12:30

February

Module 2:  24 February 9:30-12:30
