Monthly Climate Emergency Training course

Do you want to understand more about the climate emergency that we face whilst also learning about the actions you can take to make a positive difference?

If so, this course is for you.

Our Climate Emergency Training is eight hours of learning and takes place over four weeks. Each week involves an hour-long online session led by our expert trainers, followed by some self-study tasks to be completed before the next session.

The course is split into four modules:

  • Module 1: An introduction to climate change
  • Module 2: Climate impacts and adaptation
  • Module 3: Reducing emissions (mitigation)
  • Module 4: Climate action and communications

We keep the training class size to a maximum of 15 participants to allow for group interaction and discussion.

At the end of this course, for a small additional fee, you can choose to apply to be certified as Carbon Literate by the Carbon Literacy Project.
