The Phoenix Community Garden

The Phoenix is a community hub in the heart of Dumbarton West. They cater for all ages and abilities throughout a wide variety of groups and activities. Coming out of the COVID19 pandemic, they recognised how important it was to have a communal outdoor space that everyone could use, so they transformed the garden space with the help of RHS funding. The space is now used for education as well as outdoor music events and toddler groups. Most importantly, it has become a safe and nurturing environment for people to come and just be.
