The Maxwell

The Maxwell is a community centre and garden in the heart of Dundee's Coldside.

The community garden welcomes anyone from the local community to take part in gardening sessions, workshops and outdoor activities. Fresh produce from the garden is used to make regular free harvest boxes during the summer and they are also two cooking groups.

The Maxwell works in close collaboration with the local schools, nurseries and families. They provide school sessions, youth groups, youth cooking and school holiday clubs. Their main focus is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for young people to express their creativity and play freely.
