North Edinburgh Arts

NEA is an established trusted anchor for the community in North Edinburgh, acting as its creative hub, as a centre for social exchange and as an informal community support space. The project aims to be at the centre of a kinder community, using art to make a sense of support, worth, place and purpose, offering a safe, comfortable and creative space for local people.

Its award-winning venue incorporates two studios, a theatre, recording studio, gallery, offices and a café leading onto a large garden. They run regular sessions for all ages focusing on gardening (for food, wildlife and general horticulture), conservation and outdoor play and creativity.
