Murieston Community Garden

With support from West Lothian Council and Murieston Community Council, volunteers are turning a half-acre plot of rough ground into a beautiful community garden. There will be a public front garden with raised beds, a sensory garden, and a social hub with seating and a pergola; and a productive back garden of fruit, vegetables, herbs, a permaculture area and a wildflower strip. The group has built some of the raised beds in the back garden and installed a shed, and are now raising funds to build the front garden while developing the permaculture area.
