Gartcosh Tenants And Residents Association exists to promote the interest of tenants and residents in the prescribed area on matters concerning housing, the environment, the supporting infrastructure of the area, the social, economic, and community life of the area, especially those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability or other disadvantage.
