Friends of Seaton Park

Friends of Seaton Park work in partnership with Aberdeen City Council to ensure the park is a rewarding space for everyone to visit. During 2021 the group continued to give the gardeners some assistance, with the main project being to tidy up around the fountain area. A public appeal resulted in previously owned tools being donated and they secured a small grant to allow the purchase of more. The Friends successfully applied for funding for two additional picnic tables and other applications meaning that improvements will be made to paths and roadways. They plan to continue this work during 2022.
