D+G Eco Warriors Cleans

The group aims to continue their community and fight against plastic pollution. They pride themselves with what they achieve, whilst building partnership working and educating/offering beach school/educational sessions.

The group raises awareness of plastic pollution/related environmental issues, shares any tips of how to become more sustainable, and organises litter picking and other related environmental events.

They set up cleans around Dumfries and Galloway and empower others to use their own initiative to do the same in other areas of Dumfries and Galloway. The group is also branching out to cover inland areas too, both urban and rural, to make more of a difference due to the evolving issue.
