Carmunnock Horticulture and Community Gardening Group

An enthusiastic, friendly and growing band of community gardeners who meet every Wednesday morning in most weathers. Their aim is to make the public areas attractive and user friendly. The group tends multiple planters around the village which provide colour and interest. In the past year they have concentrated on developing an unsightly entrance to the village by providing new seating and plants. They have regular plant sales and, for the first time since lockdown, hope to host the popular, annual flower show and evening workshops on plants and related topics.
