Glenboig Development Trust

Glenboig Development Trust is a community-based organisation at the heart of the community, delivering and developing a wide range of activities, services and opportunities within Glenboig and surrounding villages. Environmental projects include an all year-round gardening service for older and vulnerable residents, a community garden, Men and Youth Shed, and community garden areas. The Trust works in partnership with a variety of groups and the community to offer volunteering and employability opportunities, which in turn creates opportunities for people to enjoy the outdoors whilst improving the environmental areas in the community.

In 2019, Glenboig Development Trust was awarded a Certificate of Distinction to further recognise the groups' achievements.
