Bloomin' lovely

The group aims to make the community a brighter and friendlier place to live, and to work together with all individuals towards a better environment. Planting, weeding, caring for the green areas and seeing different species of wildlife in their habitat is very rewarding. Working and socialising together with a range of age groups with different skills and ideas while volunteering gives everyone a common goal. The group hopes each year to increase the areas to enhance, in and around the village. Comments from people who notice a difference being made, make volunteers realise that what the group is doing is worthwhile.
