Tullos Community Wildlife Garden and Growing Space

The Tullos Community Wildlife Garden and Growing Space is a project that has been developed along with local Torry residents, through a participatory budgeting process. Ideas were gathered locally and then drawn into a plan for a community garden to be developed, replacing the previously overgrown, unused and inaccessible space.
The Tullos garden volunteer group is helping to develop the community garden and plan new and exciting activities. A new public access path has been created so the garden is now open to all local people and is accessible for those with pushchairs and/or wheelchairs. The Tullos Community Wildlife Garden and Growing Space has eight planters, four of which are accessible, a wildlife mural, benches, a vertical growing wall and well-established trees.
