Keptie Friends

At last Keptie Friends is on the verge of achieving its goal of fresh water for the Pond – the electricity supply was installed in February 2019! By Easter the group hopes to have wildlife thriving again, with an endless supply of clean fresh water from a well sourced by the volunteers.  Cabins are also being installed for storing equipment and a bothy for the volunteers.  The group continues to thrive, working with the community to enhance Keptie Pond – a dragonfly project and a wildflower meadow are other main areas of work for the group. It hopes to round off the summer with an Eco picnic for the community.
