Dollar Horticultural and Garden club

Dollar Horticultural and Garden club is a long established group within the town. It runs an annual plant sale, Flower show and helps organise an Open Garden event in aid of charity every three years. In the past few years the group has collaborated with local business people to develop ‘Dollar In Bloom’ to enhance the main street, park areas and neglected parts of the town. Local Brownies have been involved with some of the planting. Further areas have been identified which the group aims to improve this season.
