Cowal KSB Network - Route 489

Route 489 is a key bus service that operates throughout a 30 mile stretch of the Cowal peninsula. It joins together a range of local communities, schools and neighbourhoods and is regarded as an important life-line within the rural landscape.
The project uses the route and service to help promote the three pillars of It’s Your Neighbourhood with a high level of creativity. In addition, Route 489 integrates with and enhances the work of local communities entering the Beautiful Scotland initiative.
