Friends of Starbank Park

A strong community of gardeners who tend to their walled garden next to the sea. The group has a blue bench in the park and anyone who feels lonely and needs some chat can sit there to find a friend. The group is a hub in the coastal community for all. It is running a sunflower competition this year for the whole community, and the wider community has entered by email - some growers from Germany and further afield. The group is currently building a second Educational Greenhouse for groups to plant in and enjoy. The group is a warm, friendly, caring community which connects with other groups and welcomes all.
