Friends of Centenary & West End Parks

The group aims to work with the local authority and local community to improve and reinvigorate the environment and infrastructure within the parks; and to encourage more people to participate both socially and recreationally within the parks to regain the area for residents of all ages and abilities. The group seeks funding for projects and is involved in the implementation of approved projects. It actively works with the local council and also organises and works on corporate work party days.

In 2019, Friends of Centenary & West End Parks was awarded a Certificate of Distinction to further recognise the groups' achievements.
