Dollar Horticultural and Garden club with Dollar in Bloom

Dollar in Bloom (DiB) primarily works to promote the town of Dollar, with floral displays in the Spring and Summer, and appropriate Winter tubs over Christmas. Dollar Horticultural and Garden Club works with DIB on these planting projects.

During 2020, with all the restrictions, the group still managed to continue with various joint projects. They managed to clear a few neglected areas of the town and plant them up appropriately. A socially distanced planting project was carried out in November by planting up 2020 crocus and narcissi bulbs; this was much appreciated by the community as a focus for 2021.
