Auchinstarry Sensory Garden

Volunteers maintain the Sensory Garden in Auchinstarry Marina. The garden is on Scottish Canals land and the group supports volunteers with health and/or employment issues. Volunteers assist with creating planters, finding new methods to reduce maintenance. The group has a polytunnel to bring on seeds to plants, fruit and vegetables. The local boaters assist with the project and corporate volunteer groups use the area as a volunteer event.
