Cupar in Bloom was formed in March 2004 with 8 members, and currently has around 25 volunteers. They have, over the years, added to their stock of planters and areas which they maintain all year round.

The group has links with various community groups including Scouts, Rotary, Y Young Gardeners, the Fruit and Blossom Group (FAB) and has been Station Adopters for many years now. They have an established base, courtesy of Elmwood SRUC, which houses their shed, compost facilities and polytunnels where they bring on all their plug plants - over 3000 this summer!
