The main aim for Kinnesswood In Bloom has always been to make the village a good place to stay and for visitors to come and see what a lovely place it is and to leave talking about what a great place they have visited. The group achieves this by working throughout the year with good support from the villagers, both financial and giving their time when it is needed. The group also has a good working partnership with the local primary school - the volunteers go and help the children and show them that gardening can be fun and rewarding - they get to see their efforts grow from seeds and seedlings into mature plants, both vegetables and flowers.
