Glenfarg and Duncrieve in Bloom

Glenfarg is a small but vibrant community with many green spaces, mixed residential properties, a primary school and a small number of local businesses. Glenfarg & Duncrievie In Bloom works closely with all to create a colourful and sustainable environment for human and wildlife populations. The ethos of the group is to reuse, restore and repair whilst reducing negative environmental impact. At the centre of the village is the Glenfarg Green with its collection of over 100 trees, a winter garden, wildflower under-planting and a pond. This area is a haven for wildlife, encouraged by numerous bird boxes, bat boxes and bug hotels.
