Blairgowrie is the largest town in Perth & Kinross, and ‘Blairinbloom’ was the first Bloom group which began in 1978. The group works hard at keeping the town blooming beautiful and environmentally friendly. This year it is developing a community garden in Rattray, involving schools and other community/voluntary groups.
