Wellington Allotment Gardens Association

This 112 year old traditional allotment is the last one in Inverclyde on council land - and one of only 2 left there. The group is self-managed & financed. With the help of generous grant funders, they have made many improvements to the site over the last 15 years. There are 35 allotments and additional starter raised beds. A communal polytunnel, cabin with disabled loo, a wildlife area including pond - frogs welcome - but still waiting! Members come from all walks of life and age groups right up to 95!
