When Paddington met the queen

Paddington has a place at Nursery for our Rights Respecting Schools Award, we also have an intergenerational partnership with the Nurseries neighbours who we visit who was our Queen for the day.

We have natural meadow areas attracting a variety of wild life. We have a variety of bedding boxes with food growing and a bubble wrap greenhouse full of fruit and vegetables growing. We used two pallets, cable drums, an old handbag, china, yoghurt cartons. Our local pet shop donated plants, we have won accreditation from R.H.S winning garden tokens, we used these to purchase the metal frame work and seeds. Our garden will be on display in our garden entrance for all to see. Our design incorporates fruit, herbs and plants.
