Gargunnock Primary School

This Pop Up Pocket Garden was created by Rachael McPhee from Gargunnock Primary School.   Rachael created a basket full of plants for people and for wildlife, along with a miniature pond.  She has also built a bug hotel for minibeasts to call home, made from pinecones, sticks and pieces of slate.

In this video, Rachael gives us a tour of her Pocket Garden and explains where her ideas came from.

This Pop Up Garden is a 20th Birthday Garden.  In 2020 we celebrated 20 years of working under the name Keep Scotland Beautiful to help people change the way they think about the environment and encourage them to take action to improve and protect it.
