Dandelion Harvest Songs Live Lesson

Harvest is approaching, and just as it happens in many different cultures and places around the world, this is a time for coming together, filling tables with great produce and the air with joy and music. Because of this, and as part of the Dandelion project, musicians Julie Fowlis and Raghnaid Sandilands were commissioned specially to co-write a new song that your school, class or choir can sing and enjoy as part of their celebrations.

Join us for this fantastic opportunity for pupils to learn this new song directly from Scottish folk singer and multi-instrumentalist Julie Fowlis on Thursday 25th August, 9.30 – 10.10.

In addition, Steve Byrne, musician and folklorist, will join us to teach a song from the Dandelion Music schools’ resource.

All abilities are welcome and your pupils will be able to take part without specialist musical equipment.

This live lesson will be hosted on Teams. Please register your class or group below if you would like to join.
