Louise joined Keep Scotland Beautiful in May 2019. She works within our projects team, assisting on campaigns including Upstream Battle, Roadside Litter and the Cup Movement.

Before coming to work with us Louise worked with RSPB Scotland on the Giving Nature a Home Campaign. Whilst there she helped develop the community engagement work in Glasgow and build support for the conservation of priority species and habitats. She helped deliver family public events and has worked with several different stakeholders to share the importance of ‘giving nature a home’.

Whilst studying for her degree at The University of Aberdeen she volunteered with RSPB on their DolphinWatch project and was on the committee of her local Sub-Aqua club.

Louise holds a first class MSci in Biological Sciences from The University of Aberdeen. Whilst at University she studied at The University of British Columbia, Vancouver for an exchange year and gained a Sustained Study qualification in Mandarin. Louise is also fluent in French and is keen to develop her language skills alongside her career
