Kathryn joined Keep Scotland Beautiful in 2015, initially working across a number of different teams providing events and administration support. She then worked for the Sustainable Scotland Network from 2016-2018, working primarily on membership development, research and events management.
Kathryn now works in the Corporate Services team developing our policy and political engagement work and supporting on communications across the charity, working on consultation responses, position statements and research. In addition to this, Kathryn leads the active travel subgroup of our Greening Group and supports wider activity of the group.
Kathryn has a first class BA (Hons) in Criminology and Politics, and an MRes with merit in Applied Social Research from Stirling University. She has previously worked as a teaching and research assistant for Stirling University, a researcher for a Scottish Government funded project and a researcher for a marketing company.
