Fiona Gallie

Fiona joined Keep Scotland Beautiful in October 2023 as a Campaigns Officer, supporting our Upstream Battle campaign.

Prior to joining #TeamKSB, Fiona lived on the Isle of Skye where she was Project Officer for a community charity in Broadford, working on the Highland Community Waste Partnership, a Highland-wide project coordinated by Keep Scotland Beautiful and aiming to promote sustainable consumption and help communities and businesses reduce waste.

Fiona has had a varied career so joins Keep Scotland Beautiful from a slightly different background. Before moving into the third sector Fiona co-owned and managed a small, independent whisky, gin & craft beer shop on Skye where she created a Deposit Return Scheme for takeaway draft beer in reusable bottles. She also worked in television production in Glasgow for several years as an Assistant Producer on various factual and entertainment TV programmes.

Fiona has a MA (Hons) in Business Management and Film & Television Studies from the University of Glasgow.
