Daniel Barrie

Daniel joined Keep Scotland Beautiful in May 2019 as Education and Learning Manager.  He is responsible for leading the development, implementation and management of our Education and Learning activities, including our flagship Eco-Schools Scotland programme.

Before joining us Daniel held a number of roles within local authority education services including class teacher, Depute Head Teacher , Head Teacher and Quality Improvement Officer.

Daniel also spent time seconded to COSLA as school management advisor and  was an Associate Inspector with HMIe/Education Scotland.

Daniel has a B.Ed degree with teaching qualification and is registered with GTCS.
