Connor joined Keep Scotland Beautiful in August 2019 and works alongside the Education and Learning team with a specific focus on the Young Reporters Scotland initiative.
He studied for an Environmental Science BSc degree at the University of Stirling which further developed an interest in urban policy, sustainable cities and anthropogenic pollutants. His undergraduate dissertation focused on the effect of acid deposition, caused by airborne pollutants, on the quality of soils across the Western Ochils.
During his time at the University of Stirling, Connor served as President and later Secretary of the University of Stirling Cycling Club for three years. Being part of the club was not only an exciting hobby, but a creative outlet allowing for involvement in communications and brand design.
Outside of his work with us, Connor is a keen cyclist and volunteers at local bike shop, Roots Cycles, assisting in communications and social media strategy.
