Gill Park Residents & Tenants Association

A community group designed to improve the Gill Park Estate. They are in contact with local councillors and the estates Housing Association - Paragon.

Past activities included installation of swings within a play area, a Jubilee Celebration with the local church, along with the Big Lunch event.

Current activities include regular litter picks, distribution of a community flyer, and use of social media and their website to provided information.

The group is the first point of contact for estate members and has a member Neighbourhood Watch. They are also responsible for ‘Drive Careful Children Playing’ signs at the entrance to estate, along with Neighbourhood Watch signs.

They are currently hoping to brighten up the estate, with some plants, maintaining them in conjunction with their litter picks.
