The course carries a maximum value of 3.5 hours (core activity) for the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS) Continuing Professional Development (CPD) scheme

This one-day course is suitable for enforcement officers and statutory duty body holders, and covers the rules of evidence, obtaining statements, official notebooks, photographs and productions, as well as how to report offenders to the Procurator Fiscal and how to present evidence in court. This session complements our Fixed Penalty Notices and Court Experience training.
